Council will discuss and possibly take action on the December pay request for the Water Tower project, an amendment to the Preliminary Engineering Report for new sanitary sewer lift station. Passage of an ordinance making the annual tax levy for the City of Mcleansboro, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2020 and ending April 30, 2021, approval of the 2021 regular meetings of the McLeansboro City Council, approval to move forward with the hiring of an additional employee for the electric department, and accepting the property to be donated by Bird Dog Properties.
There will also be reports/updates from the Collector and Treasurer, Aldermen, as well as comments from visitors.
