A Marion, Illinois is free after a midnight arrest in Carmi. 48-year-old Andrea Seagle was pulled over near Casey’s just after midnight. She was arrested for Driving with a Suspended License and cited for Operation of a Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Seagle was released shortly after 1am and given a notice to appear. S&E took possession of the vehicle for impounding.
