The Carmi-White County boys golf team took on Gallatin County and Flora yesterday at the Carmi Country Club, and the Bulldogs fell by just 3 strokes, losing to Flora 175-178-188. Maxon O’Daniel led the way for CWC with a 42. Zack Roark shot a 43, Gage Attebury shot a 45, Connor Newell, Travor Mason and Gabe Winkleman all shot 48s. The Boys golf team will travel to West Frankfort tomorrow.
The CWC Volleyball team defeated Flora in 2 sets last night, winning 25-10 and 25-14. The Lady Bulldogs are now 3-1 on the year, they will begin play in the NCOE Tournament tomorrow night.
The Junior High baseball team lost yesterday afternoon in Eldorado by a final of 4-3. Jaxon Bradshaw and Cole Kingston both collected 2 base hits, Isaac Karns, Jace Courson and Travis Nausley all had one hit each. The Bullpups are now 2-8 on the season, they are back in action today at Gallatin County.
And also in action today will be the girls tennis team, they will be at Carbondale.
