The Carmi-White County Volleyball team fell to NCOE last night in the NCOE Tournament Championship in 2 sets, 25-18, 25-18. 

The Lady Bulldogs were able to defeat Hamilton County earlier in the evening in 2 sets to set up the championship match with the Fighting Cardinals, but in a battle of two of the best teams in Southern Illinois, NCOE came out on top. 

Ashlyn Rager, Lauren Burzynski, Jaya Smith, and Caroline Simmons were named to the All-Tournament Team.

The Lady Bulldogs suffer their first loss of the season as their record falls to 12-1. They will take part in the Benton Invitational Tournament tomorrow.

The Carmi-White County Boys Golf team traveled to West Frankfort yesterday, and the Bulldogs defeated the Redbirds 162-186.
Aidan Willis shot a 36 and was a medalist on the day.
Maxon O’Daniel shot a 41.
Jax Jordan shot a 42.
Gabe Winkleman shot a 43.
Cayden Holloman shot a 46.
Abe Girten shot a 50.

The Bulldogs will be back in action tomorrow as they take part in the Benton Invite. 

The CWC Cross Country team traveled to West Frankfort yesterday for their first meet of the season.
Andrew Benham finished in 9th Place in the Boys Varsity run with a time of 16:30.43.
Luke Bolerjack finished in 32nd Place, Jayde Albright finished in 37th Place.
Gabbie Conover finished in 28th Place in the Girls Varsity run with a time of 24:16.75.

Reminder, there is no CWC Football game tonight. The Bulldogs are off this week after receiving a forfeit win from Vienna-Goreville. The Bulldogs will travel to Sesser-Valier next Friday. 

The CWC Girls Tennis team defeated Fairfield on the road yesterday, 8-1.
They will travel to Herrin tomorrow. 

The CWC Jr. Pro football teams will travel to Johnston City tomorrow.
