The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldog Volleyball team defeated Harrisburg last night on the road in 2 sets, 25-8 & 25-12. The Lady Bulldogs are now 23-6 on the year, they will play their final home match of the season tonight as they host Grayville. The Lady Bulldogs will honor their lone senior, Mara Serafini. Fans who can’t attend will be able to watch on the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel.
The Junior Varsity Lady Bulldogs will take part in the NCOE tournament tomorrow.
The Carmi-White County Bulldog football team will host Johnston City this Friday to wrap up the IHSA football regular season. The Bulldogs have already clinched a playoff berth, they will find out who their playoff opponent is on Saturday night. Both Carmi and Johnston City come into Friday’s game with a 7-1 record, both teams’ only losses have been 2 point defeats byway of Sesser-Valier.
