The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldog Volleyball team defeated Cisne in two sets last night 25-10 and 25-15 to improve to 20-2 on the season. The Lady Dogs will have a big matchup tomorrow night when they travel to Fairfield to face the Lady Mules. A win for Carmi would clinch a share of the Black Diamond Conference Championship, while a win for Fairfield would give them the conference title outright. The Lady Bulldogs will then take part in the Edwards County Tournament on Saturday.
The CWC Girls Tennis team defeated Mt. Carmel at home on Senior Night by a final score of 8-1. JV also came away victorious, winning 13-0. The Lady Bulldogs wrap up the regular season with a 12-4 record, they will begin Sectionals this Friday in Carbondale.

Tomorrow the CWC Cross Country teams will take part in the Black Diamond Conference meet in Goreville.
This Friday Night the Carmi-White County Bulldog football team will travel to Eldorado to battle the Eagles. Carmi is 6-1 on the season, meanwhile Eldorado is 1-6. Fans can watch and listen to Friday’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel.
This weekend is Corn Day in Carmi which means the Saturday Morning Sports Show will be live on location in front of 103 Grounded in Grace this Saturday at 9 AM.
