Later on today the Carmi-White County girls tennis team will travel to Mt. Carmel to close out their regular season.
Tonight the Lady Bulldog Volleyball team will travel to Cisne. They will then host Fairfield on Thursday. The Volleyball team is 13-7 on the season, next week will be a busy week for Chris Lucas’ squad. They will host Harrisburg at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium on Monday the 17th. They will make the short road trip to Grayville on Tuesday the 18th, they will then take part in the NCOE Freshman/Sophomore tournament on Wednesday, October 19th. They will wrap up the regular season next Saturday the 22nd at the Fairfield Tournament, then it will be time for regionals. The Lady Bulldogs won their first regional in 44 years last season, they will look to make it back to back regional titles.
The Carmi Cross Country team will wrap up the regular season tomorrow when they take part in the Black Diamond Conference meet.
And this Friday Night the Carmi-White County Bulldog football team will travel to Johnston City for what will be the 2022 Black Diamond Conference Championship game. Both teams are undefeated. A win for the Dogs will give them their first conference title since 2011.
