Back on Friday the #8 ranked Carmi-White County Bulldogs defeated the Eldorado Eagles 46-8 to improve to 7-0 for the first time since 2011. Isaac King rushed for 227 yards with 2 touchdowns on the night. Andrew Dodgson ran for 66 yards and a touchdown, and Draxtyn Aud scored 3 total touchdowns, one receiving and 2 rushing with 58 yards on 12 carries. In the 2nd quarter, Isaac King became the all time leading scorer at Carmi-White County high school. The win for the Bulldogs sets up the game of the year this Friday night as they travel to Johnston City to face the undefeated Indians for the Black Diamond Conference championship. A win for the Bulldogs will give them their first conference title since 2011, a win for the Indians will give them their 3rd straight BDC championship. Taking a look at the CWC sports calendar for this week, tonight the CWC JV Football team will travel to Eldorado. Tomorrow the Lady Bulldog Volleyball team will travel to Cisne. On Thursday the Cross Country team will take part in the BDC meet, and the Volleyball team will host Fairfield, they will then take part in the Edwards County tournament on Saturday.
