The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldogs defeated Anna-Jonesboro 49-27 back on Saturday to wrap up the Harrisburg Preview Tournament. The Lady Dogs are now 4-1 on the season, and they finish the tournament in 2nd place after going 3-1, their only loss to unbeaten Harrisburg.
The Lady Bulldogs will begin conference play this week, they will host Hamilton County tomorrow and then they will travel to Eldorado on Thursday.
The Carmi-White County boys basketball team will begin play in the DuQuoin Tip-Off Classic tonight as they take on Sparta at 5:30. The Bulldogs are off to a 1-0 start after defeating Gallatin County last Tuesday.
