The Carmi-White County boys tennis team picked up three wins in the Greenville Doubles Tournament over the weekend. The Bulldogs defeated Teutopolis 4-1, Hillsboro 5-0 and Greenville 3-2.
The 1-point win over Greenville marks the 2nd time in 3 years that CWC head coach Chris Courty has defeated Greenville head coach, his oldest son, Sean Courty.
The Boys Tennis team will travel to Charleston this afternoon.
The CWC Boys Track team will travel to Mt. Carmel this afternoon, they will then travel to Benton on Wednesday.
The CWC baseball and softball teams will play a conference series with Fairfield this week after the Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs had games canceled this past weekend. Both teams will host Fairfield on Tuesday before traveling to Fairfield on Thursday. The Lady Bulldogs are also scheduled to play Goreville at home on Wednesday, the Bulldogs will host Grayville on Friday.
