In the 1A Altamont Sectional,
Tuscola took down Altamont 72-68
In the 1A Gallatin County Sectional,
Meridian defeated Webber 74-69
In the 2A Newton Sectional,
Teutopolis took down Lawrenceville 61-54
In the 2A Pinckneyville Sectional,
Pinckneyville defeated Breese Central 47-43
Those four winners will square off tonight at the 1A & 2A Super-Sectionals at SIU-Carbondale. Tuscola will battle Meridian at 6 PM, and TTown will take on Pinckneyville at 7:30. The winners will advance to the state finals this weekend in Champaign.

Okawville defeated Christopher in the 1A state championship
Breese Mater Dei defeated Byron in the 2A state title game
Nazareth Academy took down Lincoln in the 3A state championship
O’Fallon defeated Benet Academy in the 4A state title game
One week from today the Carmi-White County Bulldog baseball and softball teams will begin their seasons.
The Bulldogs will host West Frankfort and the Lady Bulldogs will host Grayville.
