The Carmi-White County girls basketball team defeated Eldorado last night at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium by a final score of 55-38.

Addi Elliott led the Lady Bulldogs in scoring with 19 points.
Mara Serafini scored 16 points.
Caroline Simmons scored 8 points.
Johanna Smith scored 6 points.
Torrie Rider scored 4 points.
Ashlyn Rager scored 2 points. 

The Lady Bulldogs improve to 18-3 on the year and 6-0 in the Black Diamond Conference. They will begin play at the Lady Eagle Classic on Saturday at 10 AM against Vienna.

The Carmi-White County wrestling team traveled to Herrin last night to wrestle Herrin and Carlyle. 

The Bulldogs started off the night defeating Carlyle 42-36.
Connor Benham, Jazz Duckworth, and Javan Agen received forfeits.
Gavin Peyton, Caleb Seibers, Nelson Rider, and Konner Buchanan all won their matches for the Bulldogs. 

Carmi then defeated Herrin 48-30.
Travor Mason, Hayden White and Timothy James all pinned their opponents while seven Bulldogs received forfeits enroute to the win. 

The Bulldog wrestlers improve their record to 14-5 on the season. They will host the Carmi-White County Tournament at Washington School tomorrow. 

The Carmi-White County boys basketball team will host the Fairfield Mules tonight in a battle for 1st Place in the Black Diamond Conference. 

The Bulldogs come into tonight’s game with a 12-3 record with a 3-0 conference record. The Mules are 8-9 with a 4-0 conference record. 

Fans who can’t attend the game can watch and listen on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel. Varsity will tip-off at around 7:30 PM.
