The Carmi-White County boys basketball team defeated Edwards County last night on the road by a final score of 53-38.
The Bulldogs were led by Gavin Holloman and Mitchel Edwards who both scored 17 points.
Landon Driscoll scored 10.
Trey Dixon and Kade Stockton both scored 2.
The Bulldogs improve to 12-3 on the year as their conference record improves to 3-0. They will host the Fairfield Mules this Friday in a battle for first place. They will then begin the Carmi-White County Invitational Tournament on Monday.

The Carmi-White County girls basketball team will also look to keep their perfect conference record intact tomorrow night as they host Eldorado at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium. The Lady Bulldogs are currently riding a 4-game win streak as they defeated Webber 46-15 back on Monday.
The Carmi-White County wrestling team will be in action tonight as they travel to Tecumseh. They will travel to Herrin tomorrow night before hosting the CWC Tournament on Saturday.
