With about 2 ½ weeks left before election day, county clerk’s offices are seeing early voters getting their choices in. In White County, Clerk Kayci Heil’s office was brisk with traffic Thursday morning. Her staff says about 406 early voters have dropped by their office. An additional 400 mail in ballots have been received. In Gallatin County, Clerk Deanna Bryant says 180 early voters have dropped by the courthouse and they’ve received back 128 mail ballots. About 271 were sent out for this cycle.
