38-year old Brittney M. Leveque of Albion was sentenced Tuesday, March 14, 2023 to a total of 2-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections in Edwards County Case Nos. 2019-CF-50. Brittney M. Leveque had previously pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Methamphetamine in 19-CF-50 and was found to have violated her probation. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and attorney Brian Shinkle represented the defendant.
