Legion Drops One at Owensboro
The Carmi American Legion Baseball Team lost 3 to nothing Friday night falling to a stronger Owensboro, Ky. team.
Brody Atteberry took the loss for Carmi, who managed to hit the ball five times, but just couldn’t score.
Batters getting a hit included Devin Rankin, Cal York, Caleb Seibers, Atteberry and Ty Stubblefield.
The local Legion squad will be back in action this evening (Monday) as they play Newburgh, Ind at 6 at Bosse Field in Evansville.
