A traffic stop in Hamilton County resulted in the arrest of a Norris City man. On Sunday an officer with the McLeansboro Police Department stopped a vehicle for Improper Lane Usage. During the stop 48 year old Dr David J Lane was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence and Improper Lane Usage. Lane was booked in the Hamilton County Jail where bond was set at $100.
He paid $100 bond and was released. Lane is scheduled to appear in Hamilton County Court on August 17th.
