On March 30, a 17-year-old male was involved in a rollover accident on Illinois Highway 14 where he was ejected from the vehicle and was unconscious, but thanks to an app called Life360, emergency dispatch and local law enforcement were alerted to the accident.
The White County Sheriff’s Department and EMS responded and were able to find the juvenile in the field, who was still breathing.
After some time, the juvenile regained consciousness, their guardian arrived on the scene, and Air Evac flew him to Deaconess Hospital for his injuries.
