A 42 year old Carmi man, Kenneth R. Jordan, was arrested by Carmi Police Wednesday morning and charged with Theft of Government Supported Property Under $500, after a several month long investigation into the theft of gasoline from the Carmi Sewer Plant. Jordan is being held in the White County Jail on $1,500 bond.
