Dave Matheny State Farm Insurance, located at 122 E Main in Carmi, has captured the Storefront Window Decorating Contest traveling trophy for their display of a wooden Christmas tree with photos of Christmas past. This year’s theme was “Memories of Christmas Past.”
Several divisional winners were announced: Most Artistic- Nancy J. Winter CPA, Most Creative- Brown’s Fertilizer and Chemical and Best Traditional- Jodi Duncan Designs. Other entries included Karger Kollectibles, Grant Gee Edward Jones, First-Mid Illinois Bank and Trust, Botsch and Associates CPA’s and Logo Graphics.
“Decorations help remind us of the spirit of the season. We were glad to once again open this contest to all businesses in White County and encourage everyone to admire all the beautiful windows as you are out and about this Christmas season,” noted Chamber Director Holly Healy.
