Illinois State Police District 19 is investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred Friday night around 11:05 PM. A preliminary investigation indicates Brandon Marvel, of Galatia, was travelling southbound on Rose of Sharon Road approximately 100 feet north of Halltown Road in Saline County when for an unknown reason overturned his 2020 White Honda Motorcycle on the roadway. The 34 year old was not wearing a helmet.
