Governor Eric Holcomb has outlined a 5-stage process to reopen the Hoosier state by July 4th. Stage 2 starts Monday and will take place over the next 3 weeks and applies to every county in Indiana except or Lake, Marion, and Cass.
On Monday, the governor is once again allowing non-essential travel. Those who are 65+ and those who are high risk for COVID-19, are still asked to stay at home until May 24.
On Monday:
Social gatherings will be allowed, up to 25 people – Non-essential manufacturing can resume – Retail and commercial businesses may reopen at 50% capacity
On May 8:
Indoor worship services may convene, but must follow very specific guidelines.
On May 11:
Restaurants and bars may reopen at 50% capacity
