A Harrisburg woman, 23 year old Jessica Ford is behind bars in Gibson County facing charges of a class 6 felony for possession of syringes, possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor as well as a Misdemeanor charge of paraphernalia possession. Hoosier State Police Trooper Ross Rafferty was patrolling State Road 65 near Owensville when he spotted Ford’s vehicle parked just off Base Road. Upon approach, the trooper identified Ford and detected the odor of marijuana. A subsequent search revealed an eyeglass case containing three unused syringes and a spoon containing an unknown white residue, as well as the marijuana.
