Andrea Howe was the speaker at Thursday’s weekly Carmi Kiwanis Club meeting as she talked about 618 Magazine. Howe is the editor of the monthly paper and also writes several of the articles found in it. Her goal with 618 Magazine is to spread the good news and show off the activities going on in our local area. Howe started her writing career back in 1978 when she wrote articles for the Carmi Times, and is still writing with as much drive and passion as she did back then for 618 Magazine.
