A 28 year old Old Shawneetown man, Zachery J. Holloway, was sentenced Monday in White County Court to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Class 3 felony Aggravated Battery of a victim 60 years or older plus 1 year of Mandatory Supervised release. Holloway’s case was investigated by the White County Sheriff’s Department. Holloway was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle. The Honorable T. Scott Webb was the presiding judge.
