A Carmi man was is being held in the White County Jail after a call was made to the Carmi PD in regards to the individual refusing to leave a property. At around 9:30 Wednesday morning, Officers went to Weber Auto on 5th Street and arrested 54 year old Anthony Scott Hogue of Cherry Street for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. Hogue is also being charged with Resisting and Obstructing a Peace officer. Hogue is being held pending the setting of bond.
