A report of theft was filed with the Carmi Police Department on Monday, January 31st. Melinda L Hobson of 713 N Fifth Street reported that her Scentsy order which consisted of a haunted house warmer and two Scentsy all-purpose cleaner concentrates were stolen from her front porch after being delivered on January 29th.
