(McLeansboro, Illinois) Hamilton Memorial Hospital Senior Enrichment will host its annual “Antique Angel Tree” program for senior citizens in need.
Nominees should be 65 years or older, live in Hamilton or White Counties and meet one or more of the following criteria:
· lives on a limited income
· have recently suffered the loss of a loved one
· does not have family close for the holidays
· has seemed sad lately
To nominate a senior citizen in need, visit hmhospital.org and click the “Senior Enrichment” tab to download the form. Return the form via email to [email protected] or mail to HMH Senior Enrichment, PO Box 429, McLeansboro, Illinois, 68259. Forms are also available by visiting HMH Senior Enrichment at 303 West Randolph Street in McLeansboro.
