The child pornography in count 1-5 depicted children under the age of 13. Because the children are under 13, each count is required to run consecutively to one another. He must serve the sentence on one before he serves the sentence on another. Consequently, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The sentence was imposed by Judge T Scott Webb. Hensley was represented by Attorney Joshua Reeves. The case was investigated by the Illinois Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force with assistance from the Carmi Police Department.
