Carmi Police Department executed an arrest warrant on Friday. On October 22nd, at 12:46 PM, Officers arrested 36 year old Casey I Hebner (Fisk) of 700 A Water Street, Grayville, for an outstanding warrant.
Bond was set at $250. Hebner is still being held at this time.
