(McLeansboro) – Virtual healthcare from the comfort of your home is now available with
Hamilton Memorial Hospital clinic providers.
Hamilton Memorial Virtual Clinic is a telemedicine option for established patients to video
conference with their provider about their healthcare needs, all from the comfort of their own
home. Patients can talk with their provider face-to-face using any of their smart devices, such as
a smart phone, tablet, or computer.
“A virtual clinic visit is much like any other visit with your provider, however you never have to
leave your home,” said HMHD Clinic Director, Brittany Laws, RN. “This is a great option that
will allow for patients to get the care they need while helping to protect other patients and staff
during this national pandemic,” added Laws.
Patients that are eligible for a virtual visit are those who have been seen by a Hamilton Memorial
Family Clinic provider within the last year and who have not been seen for the same condition
within the last seven days.
