The Hamilton County Highway Department is alerting motorists of road construction.
The construction is being done on South Dahlgren Road, between Dahlgren and Illinois Route 14.
The project is expected to begin this (Tuesday, Oct. 3) morning and will likely take about two weeks to complete.
There will be delays and motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during the construction, which consists of a new road surface.
