During the Consent Agenda, the Board will accept a check in the amount of $50.00 for the sale of (2) Plat Books, Loan balance $4,175.00, accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of September, 2020. Salaries: $7,509.50 Fringes: $1,141.44 and Insurance: $1,003.20, Unemployment $44.05,accept a check #039933 in the amount of $4,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of October, 2020, review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule, review Regional Superintendent of Schools District 20, First Quarter Activity Report.
New Business will include discussion / approval of the FY 21 Liability Insurance $84,748 and Worker’s Comp $24,746 Renewal at a rate of $109494, less the COVID Credit of $8,219. Making the renewal $101,275, a reminder of the Liquor Control meeting prior to the November 17th, 2020 Regular Hamilton County Board meeting, review / approval of the Claims List and Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval and discussion of roofing bids and maintenance costs for the Webb Oil Co. Property due to the vandalism incident.
