The Grayville City Council will hold the second of their monthly meetings on Monday, May 24th at 7 PM at City Hall.
An executive session will take place, with action taken after, approving a collective bargaining agreement, the sale of property, a Family Medical Leave Act request and employment in the Parks and Police Departments.
Old business concerns municipal ordinance violations and collection of fines, an amendment to the Golf Cart Ordinance, the campground, the Eternal Flame, demolition quotes and the demolition program, the swimming pool and the Animal Control Ordinance.
In new business will be the Revolving Loan Fund with a request for assistance with a subdivision plat, a resolution for a Grayville Days Parade permit, an application for the American Legion/VFW to solicit donations for Flag Day, a security system for the Police Department Building and a Library Board appointment.
There will also be the report from the Treasurer, Purchase Order approvals, a recognition of visitors: Tony and Sharon Butler concerning the West North Street property, as well as reports from the Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners and the Mayor.
