Grayville City Council meets for the second time this month on Monday (tonight) at 7 PM at 119 South Middle Street.
The Executive Session concerns the sale of property owned by the city and the purchase or lease of property for use by the city.
In old business in an easement for vacated Pulaski Street for the Water Line Extension Project, approval of a TIF #1 agreement for Southern Gray LLC, a request for TIF #2 assistance for Janel’s Parlor LLC, a new resident attraction program, and second readings and approvals of the Tax Levy Ordinance and Tax Levy Abatement Ordinance.
In new business is the city Christmas Party, and approving demolition quotes for 122 South Third and 101 South Main Streets.
Also, the Library Board will have representatives on hand for a request for an exterior handrail and to discuss the Director’s salary.
And reports will be given by the various departments and the Mayor.
