The Grayville City Council will meet Monday at 7:00 pm. Old business will include continued discussion and updates on the demolition of abandoned properties, amending the zoning code, the police department roof, a request for Property/TIF Agreement/Loan for Pipher, a request for a TIF Agreement/Loan for Mandy’s Restaurant. New business will include a TIF Agreement/Revolving Loan for Chad Alldredge, a request for a Revolving Loan for Tammy Downs, the presentation of the Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2021, the authorization of short-term financing for the Emergency Gas Project, rental property utility bills, remote support for telemetry system, Ethics Officer, and the awarding of mowing bids. There will also be reports from the Police Chief, Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
