The Grayville City Council will meet Monday night at 7:00 pm. Old business will include the demolition of abandoned properties, amending the Zoning Code, the city’s website, a revolving loan agreement with Cook, the police department roof, and the brush dump. New business will include the water tower project VFDs, a request for property/TIF agreement/loan for Pipher, a request for TIF agreement/loan for Mandy’s Restaurant, a request for TIF agreement for Outcast Airbrush, a timber lease, police body/dash cameras, pressure monitoring for the gas department, and a GCAA request for utility credit. There will also be an Executive session to discuss the purchase or lease of real property, the setting of a price for sale or lease of property, negotiation of salary schedules, and Police Department personnel matters. Council will hear reports from the Treasurer, Police Chief, Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
