The Grayville City Council will meet Monday, December 28th at 7:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, attendance is limited to the members of the Council, Clerk, Treasurer, City Attorney and news media. Comments and questions will be read into the record during the appropriate public comment time for both the Public Hearing and Regular City Council Meeting.
Following a review of temporary Executive Powers and Disaster Declaration, Council will discuss old business pertaining to the Liquor Ordinance Amendment, Police Committee Recommendations on Police Department Building and Municipal Ordinance Violations, an electric upgrade for campground, Ordinance No. 903 2nd Reading and Passage -No Parking on West North Street, Ordinance No. 905 2nd Reading Approving the Sale of Real Estate at 407 N. Middle Street, and the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 906 Parking Recreational Vehicles on City Streets.
New business to be discussed will include a request for a Developer’s Agreement TIF # 2, Ordinance No. 907 Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with RMA, approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with RMA, and zoning considerations for 209 S. Court Street – McPherson Outdoors.
There will also be reports from the Treasurer, Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
