The first of Grayville City Council’s two meetings for February is coming up on Monday the 14th at 7 PM at City Hall.
In the Executive Session, there will be a discussion of the sale of and the purchase of property, as well as action pertaining to employees of the Police Department.
In old business is first reading of an ordinance regarding video gaming, updates to the COVID sick leave policy, a discussion concerning 513 West North Street, a request to vacate the alley in the Block C Hall Addition, the water filtration plant, and legal notices.
In new business is the zoning permit request for 325 Carrothers Street, the Eternal Flame, a gas pipe locator, park restrooms, a request for tree removal assistance, and utility meters.
Also there will be approval of the Consent Agenda, the Treasurer’s report, purchase order approvals, recognition of visitors, as well as reports from the Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
Grayville City Council meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
