Grayville City Council will hold the first of its two monthly meetings on Monday, June 13th at 7 PM at City Hall.
An Executive Session will discuss personnel and collective negotiation matters with the Police Department, as well as the sale of property.
In old business is the water filtration plant, the park boat ramp lease; second reading of an ordinance setting dates, times, and places for meetings; and a sign for the Police Department.
New business concerns Len Thompson and the permitting of chickens and ducks on his property, a Grayville Days donation request, a Grayville Days parade permit resolution, TIF #2 and Revolving Loan requests, the demolition of the Police Department Building at 101 South Main Street, a NOVACOM quote for a security camera system, a TIF #1 request; parking stripes, crosswalk, and no parking areas; and a zoning request.
Also on tap is the Consent Agenda, Treasurer’s Report, Purchase Order Approvals, and recognition of visitors; plus reports from the Police Chief/Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor.
Grayville meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.
