Goal setting workshop/Recovery holiday reflections offered through Recovery Resource Center

A workshop to help people explore goal setting will be held Saturday, December 19 from 2-4 p.m. via Zoom, a program of Egyptian Health Department’s Recovery Resource Center. Participants will examine and develop their goal setting skills and style, motivational style, and leave the session with a plan to identify, set, and accomplish one or two simple and practical goals such as cleaning a space or getting a new job. The workshop is not limited to people in recovery from addiction. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We will also discuss tools available for holiday stressors and someone in long term recovery will share their holiday experiences during active addiction, in the transition phase of early recovery and how things are now.
