A 40 year old Georgia man may have the worst hangover of his life today after after an ATV crash in rural Burnt Prairie yesterday afternoon. Illinois State Police say 40 year old Joel Resenbeck of Waverly Hall, Georgia was injured with non life threatening injuries around 4:10pm Thursday. The preliminary investigation suggests Rosenbeck was eastbound on County Road 2450 and turned over the ATV when he attempted to make a turn right onto County Road 625 East. The inertia threw the man from the green 1996 Honda Rancher. Rosenbeck has been charged with DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid a Crash, and Illegal Operation of an ATV on a Public Roadway.
