Schultz said that Gaudern came back to the residence and told her that she needed to get out of the house, in which Schultz said no. Gaudern then told his sister quote “I’ll kill you while we wait for the police”.  Schultz stated that at time she contacted law enforcement in fear that she might get hurt.  Deputy Wicker then spoke with witness Tabetha Gross who stated that she heard what Gaudern said to Schultz. The home owner and grandmother told the Deputy she was not home at the time so she we was unsure what had happened.

Wicker then spoke with Gaudern who said that following the verbal altercation with Josiah Stover, he returned to the Grandmothers residence and told his sister to leave as well as her guests she had been bringing over to the Grandmothers house because it was disrespectful. Gaudern stated that he never called Schultz any names or threatened to kill her. When asked about signing a complaint Schultz stated that she wanted to. Wicker then informed Gaudern that he was under arrest and would be transported to the White County Jail. Gaudern has been charged with Domestic Violence and Assault.
