Carmi White County Football
The Carmi White County Bulldogs are looking forward to a more normal sports season this year.
With that in mind, the Bulldogs kick off their regular football season against cross county rival, Hamilton County, on Friday the 27th. That game, as all the football games, will be broadcast on WRUL 97.3 and available online at wrul.com.
The season unofficially opens tonight (Friday) with the annual Gator Bowl. Those attending are asked to bring a sports drink or a canned good for admission.
Following the Hamilton County game on the 27th, the Bulldogs will play Saturday, September 4th in Vienna at 1:00 p.m.
The next week the Bulldogs face Sesser-Valier at home. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
A two week road trip finds the Bulldogs in Christopher on September 17th, then traveling to the train yard in Fairfield to meet the Mules.
The Dawgs are back home against Edwards County on October first. The Dawgs are scheduled to be out of town Corn Day as they travel to Eldorado.
Johnson City will be in town to face the Bulldogs on Friday October 15th at 7:00 p.m.
The last game of the regular season will be on the road at Flora on October 22nd at 7 p.m.
