Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors employees monthly for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.
In February, Raven Smothers RN, who works in the FMH Surgical Services Department was selected as the February Employee of the Month. Raven has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since September of 2013. Raven is always extremely caring and thoughtful of her patients. She is always willing to help where she is needed. Raven has excellent nursing skills, is hardworking and a great team member.

She knows how to care for and take care of the patent and their families. She continually strives to hone her general nursing skills as well as her surgical skills. She is a team player on the absolutely best team I have ever been a part of.” stated Hazel Vest, RN, BSN, CNOR, FMH Surgical Services Director.
