A Carmi man was arrested on multiple charges following a traffic stop. William K.P. Flowers 28, of 508 Church Street in Carmi was stopped on Maple Street Tuesday morning. He was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License, Possessing a Title Without Complete Assignment, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful use of Property. He was also cited for Operating a Vehicle with no Registration.
Flowers is being held at the White County Jail.
