The Carmi Police Department took an Evansville man into custody Thursday after several reports about his reckless driving.
33 year old Nathaniel Case was arrested at Walmart just after noon on several charges. The report states that Case himself called Carmi police to report his car being stolen, which was found to be unfounded.
At the time of his arrest, Case was found to be possession of methamphetamine, cannabis, and drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license. Case is being held at the White County Jail without bail pending a court hearing.
