A 22 year old resident of 504 West Fackney Street, here in Carmi was arrested over the weekend on several charges relating to a domestic dispute.
Reca N. Brown was arrested after a complaint was signed stating she allegedly put a knife to the throat of the complaintant, as well as swinging a hammer at him and striking him with her car.
Brown was charged with domestic battery, aggravated battery and aggravated assault. She was charged and lodged in the White County Jail shortly before 7 Saturday night.

October 11, 2023 at 5:45 pmI’m rich travelstead Rick Robinson is lying through his teeth you know Zach James is my neighbor Lonnie Duval is my neighbor we have been friends my whole life and the things he says he sits up there he just calls the cops on me every time he turns around over my dogs the police has been down here over just every time cuz he’s got 500 cats where he stole cat food from browns seed and chemical and just throw it out there and there’s cats all over the road and drive by there any time and dogs chase cats that’s what they do you know but he just tries to cause trouble with everybody around especially me I don’t know why he’s like that he’s a hypocrite and he sold more dope than anybody I know of but you know I’m going to rehab I’m I’m straight straightening up trying to get my life in order you know I’m not going around talking about other people so you know you can believe what you want to on that but I haven’t dealt dope in quite some time and I don’t plan on ever doing it again but people like him slandering people cuz they got nothing better to do it’s a shame that the world’s like that
