The Carmi-White County Bulldog baseball team fell on the road at Johnston City on Wednesday by a final score of 7-5.
The Dogs fell behind early after JC scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 1st Inning and another in the 2nd, but Carmi was able to bring home 5 runs in the top of the 3rd thanks to an RBI single from Cade Allen, an RBI double by Gavin Holloman, and an RBI groundout by Merrick Millhorn.
CWC led 5-3 going into the 4th inning, and that would be the last time that they led.
The Indians scored twice in the home 4th, and once more in the 5th to come away with the 7-5 win against their old BDC East rival.
The Dogs fall to 3-7 on the year as they have now lost 3-straight games.
CWC will play their 4th game in 4 days on Thursday as they travel to Flora for a rematch with the Wolves.
Flora defeated Carmi 9-1 on Tuesday.
