A Madisonville, Kentucky man was booked into the White County court Monday morning in advance of his court date, nearly a year after his original arrest. 34 year old Davin Day was originally arrested on November 12th of 2020 and charged with a class 3 felony of theft. Day was due in court Monday morning at 10am.
